Gun violence is a public health issue, so I thought it would be interesting to incorporate gun safety into our healthcare routine. We spend so much time and energy on forms of exercise that don't help us look beyond our own bodies and protect them on a larger scale. We have busy lives, but we also have a country that's losing 100 lives per day to this problem.
